EMR98 Plus was developed especially for cleaning diesel particulate filters and exhaust emission filters of the heavy duty vehicles. The machine washing area is bigger and enough to clean all kind of commerical truck bus dpfs . It easily cleans diesel particulate filters and exhaust emission filters with its unique 3-stage method. It automatically completes DPF and catalytic cleaning with special cleaning programs and guides the operator.

With pneumatic cleaning, the ashes in the dpf are cleaned and the dpf is prepared for & catalytic hydrodynamic washing.Hot water and air shock tank creates a hydrodynamic effect. You can clean with either hot or cold water. Our company recommends cleaning with 50 C hot water. A minimum of 15 tons of water per hour is pumped into the DPF by its special pump, which easily completes the DPF cleaning.

Water flow and pressure can be adjusted from the touch screen. It has a pump that pumps water up to a maximum pressure of 15 tons and 16 bars. Our machine is very powerful. It was developed especially for cleaning large truck DPFs. Some cabin DPFs and catalytics are very large. It is very difficult to fill the DPF cabin with water, so it has high flow and A pressure pump is needed and EMR98 Plus has this pump.

Stage 3 thermal cleaning ends the DPF & catalytic cleaning, and if there is any dirt left in the DPF & catalytic, it is also cleaned at this stage.

With its special components, our machine performs DPF & catalytic back pressure tests before and after cleaning and prints them with its own printer.

Our machine leaves almost no work for the operator. It has many DPF & catalytic connection apparatus and the use of the apparatus is very simple. You can start a DPF cleaning program with a single touch from the control panel and complete all processes automatically.
