Since 1990, we have developed many innovative equipment for the automotive repair industry.
We started producing parts washing machines in 1990 and made a great contribution to the automotive aftermarket. In some such sectors (turbo overhaul, engine overhaul, gearbox overhaul, fuel system overhaul), we have offered washing equipment that makes the job of remanufacturers easier.
In 2005, we developed the on-vehicle heater radiator(heater core ) cleaning machine without dismantling the vehicle interior console. This machine revolutionized the industry and made the job of mechanic much easier. Hundreds of thousands of units have been sold to date. Today still it is most popular equipment of the garages in winter season :)
We started doing R&D for the cleaning of exhaust emission filters in 2008 and produced the EMR05 v0 dpf cleaning machine in 2010. Our EMR05 v0 dpf cleaning machine offered a very economical and fast solution compared to other cleaning methods. For example, in the oven cleaning method, the DPF cleaning time could go up to 8 - 12 hours, and it was necessary to cut the DPF to fit it in the oven and you had to re-weld it after cleaning, so it was very laborious and took a long time. Cleaning of DPF & Catalytic SCR filters in commercial vehicles became possible with the EMR98 Plus DPF Cleaning Machine. We also added a hot air drying function as stage 2 cleaning. We added a back pressure function before and after cleaning, so the pressure difference before and after can be seen.
We have developed a super apparatus for disassembling common rail diesel injectors. Our apparatus easily removes the injectors by moving up and down with air pressure. Hydraulic apparatus damages the engine head and injector because they are very pressurized, but our apparatus allows removing the injector without damaging the injector and engine head by applying a certain force.
